Liuyang Announces Resignation of Board Director

Toronto, Ontario, June 2, 2014 – Liuyang Fireworks Limited (TSX-V: FWK) (Liuyang) announces the resignation of Peng Peng from the position as COO and director. Peng Peng has served as a Director of Liuyang since 2009. Mr. Peng Peng is resigning this board position for personal reasons.

 Mr. Miao Hu, Liuyang President and CEO stated that, “We thank Peng Peng for his contribution and service to the Company and its shareholders. We wish him the best of luck in the future.”
